Delete the footer CrossModeLinksSection in answer mode so the library strip renders once inside StagedAnswerResultSurface. Lock the contract with a Playwright assertion that exactly one cross-mode-links test id exists on the page. Co-authored-by: BigSimmo <BigSimmo@users.noreply.github.com>
